Changes in the education system through the implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Curriculum Merdeka) position teacher learning communities as one of the main strategies for continuous professional development in educational units. However, the implementation of learning communities at the elementary school level is still often sporadic, unstructured, and not fully managed as a systematic managerial process. This study aims to describe the management of Kombel at SDN Sukalaksana 02 and examine its contribution to improving teacher performance and professionalism. The research focuses on G.R. Terry's management functions: planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as the impact on teacher performance and professionalism. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model with triangulation to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that: Kombel planning is prepared in a participatory manner and is based on learning reflection data and Education Reports, Kombel organization has a clear structure, Kombel implementation takes place routinely through reflective discussions and lesson studies, supervision and evaluation are carried out through monitoring and follow-up reflection and Kombel has a positive impact on improving teacher performance and professionalism, which is seen in discipline, the ability to design innovative learning, reflective practice, and commitment to self-development. These findings confirm that well-planned and well-managed learning community management contributes significantly to strengthening the performance and professionalism of educators in elementary schools. ABSTRAK Perubahan sistem pendidikan melalui implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menempatkan komunitas belajar guru sebagai salah satu strategi utama pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan di satuan pendidikan. Namun pelaksanaan komunitas belajar di tingkat sekolah dasar masih kerap berjalan sporadis, kurang terstruktur, dan belum sepenuhnya terkelola sebagai proses manajerial yang sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan manajemen Kombel di SDN Sukalaksana 02 serta menelaah kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan profesionalisme pendidik. Fokus penelitian mencakup fungsi manajemen G.R. Terry yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, serta dampak terhadap kinerja dan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña dengan triangulasi untuk menjamin validitas data Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: perencanaan Kombel disusun secara partisipatif dan berbasis data refleksi pembelajaran serta Rapor Pendidikan, pengorganisasian Kombel memiliki yang jelas, pelaksanaan Kombel berlangsung rutin melalui diskusi reflektif dan lesson study, pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan melalui monitoring dan refleksi tindak lanjut dan Kombel berdampak positif pada peningkatan kinerja dan profesionalisme guru, yang tampak pada kedisiplinan, kemampuan merancang pembelajaran inovatif, praktik reflektif, dan komitmen terhadap pengembangan diri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen komunitas belajar yang terencana dan terkelola dengan baik berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan kinerja dan profesionalisme pendidik di sekolah dasar.
