<![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine how the fulfillment of K3 requirements in the workplace of the Light Vehicle Engineering competency workshop of SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem. The research method employed is an evaluative research approach with a quantitative orientation. The subjects of this study were the head of the department and the toolman. The object of this study was the K3 facilities and infrastructure of the TKR workshop. The data collection method used observation and documentation. For the research instrument an observation sheet was used. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study show that: The fulfillment of K3 requirements in the Workplace of the Light Vehicle Engineering Competency Workshop at SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem archieved a fulfillment percentage of 83.3% which is categorized as very fulfilling. However, there are still two aspects with the lowest achievement. These aspects require special attention, including equipment to prevent and extinguish score 40% and personal protective equipment score 50%. From these results, the K3 requirements that have been fulfilled can be maintained and those that have not been fulfilled can be improved to create a safe and comfortable educational environment. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana Pemenuhan Syarat-Syarat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)di tempat kerja bengkel praktik kompetensi keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua jurusan dan toolman. Objek penelitian ini adalah Sarana dan Prasarana K3 bengkel TKR. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pemenuhan Syarat-Syarat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)di Tempat Kerja Bengkel Praktik Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem dengan persentase pemenuhan sebesar 83,3% yang dikategorikan sangat memenuhi. Namun masih terdapat dua aspek dengan capaian terendah. Aspek tersebut perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, di antaranya peralatan mencegah, memadamkan kebakaran dengan skor 40% dan alat pelindung diri dengan skor 50%. Dari hasil tersebut Syarat-Syarat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)yang sudah memenuhi dapat dipertahankan capaiannya dan yang belum memenuhi dapat dilakukan perbaikan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman dan nyaman.
