Digitalization is growing rapidly in all sectors, including tourism. Digitalization helps the tourism industry develop more quickly in terms of service to tourists. Unfortunately, tourism managers in tourist villages are still constrained in the use and utilization of digital technology. Initial observations found that Cikolelet Tourist Village does not have valid data on the number of tourist visits each year and does not yet have a visitor satisfaction survey. The number of visits is an estimate made by the tourist village management based on the number of tourist visits per month for one year in the guest book. The methods used in the two activities were socialization about digital literacy and tourism communication, as well as training on creating digital guest books and visitor satisfaction surveys using QR codes. The participants of the activity were tourist village managers consisting of representatives of the village government, tourism awareness groups, and homestay managers. The results of the training activities are the availability of digital guestbook QR codes and visitor satisfaction surveys for homestay managers. The results of the activities are expected to improve services for tourists in Cikolelet Tourism Village.
