Abstract

Visume et Repertum (VeR) merupakan surat keterangan medis yang sifatnya diperuntukkan untuk kebutuhan peradilan berupa laporan tertulis yg dibuat oleh dokter yang memuat hasil pemeriksaan. Barang bukti medis, atas permintaan tertulis dari penyidik untuk kepentingan peradilan, dan dibuat atas dasar sumpah jabatan. Pembuatan VeR yang tidak sesuai Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) dapat mengakibatkan tertundanya persidangan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan kelengkapan rekam medis dengan ketepatan waktu pelepasan VeR di RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelatif, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sama, yaitu pemintaan VeR pasien Rawat Jalan pada bulan Februari sampai November 2023 sebanyak 50 kasus. Cara pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil penelitian diketahui rekam medis lengkap dengan penyelesaian VeR tepat waktu 22%, rekam medis tidak lengkap namun penyelesaian VeR tepat waktu 40% dan rekam medis tidak lengkap dengan penyelesaian VeR tidak tepat waktu 38%, sedangkan rata- rata waktu penyelesaian VeR adalah 9 hari kerja, hal ini tidak sesuai dengan SPO yaitu 7 hari kerja. Berdasarkan uji Fisher’s Excatc Tets didapatkan nilai p value 0.003, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelengkapan rekam medis dan ketepatan waktu pelepasan VeR di RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. Visume et Repertum (VeR) is a medical certificate that is intended for judicial purposes in the form of a written report made by a doctor containing the results of an examination. Medical evidence, at the instance of written request from the investigator for the benefit of justice, and made on the basis of an oath of office. Making a VeR that is not in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) can result in delays in the trial. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the completeness of medical records and the timeliness of VeR release at RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. The type of research is quantitative with a correlative approach, with the same population and sample, namely with the request for VeR out patients from February to November 2023 as many as 50 cases. Data collection methods using observation and documentation. Data analysis using Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results showed that complete medical records with timely completion of VeR were 22%, incomplete medical records but timely completion of VeR were 40% and incomplete medical records with untimely completion of VeR were 38%, while the average completion time of VeR was 9 working days, this was not in accordance with the SOP which was 7 working days. Based on Fisher's Excatc Tets test, the p value is 0.003, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the completeness of medical records and the timeliness of VeR release at RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen.
