Adolescence is a phase where children experience significant physiological and psychological changes during the transition from childhood to adulthood. Limited access to information about reproductive health impacts adolescents' knowledge and sexual behavior. Good communication between families and teenagers concerning reproductive health is very important to Mitigate hazardous sexual conduct. This research aims to analyze the The correlation between parental communication styles and teenagers' understanding and perspectives on reproductive health. at SMPN 02 Moga, Warungpring, Pemalang Regency. The research used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional methodology. The sample used in this research was 161 students. Obtained through the method. The tools a questionnaire about parenting communication patterns, a questionnaire on adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health, and a questionnaire on adolescents' attitudes about reproductive health. Data were analyzed using the Somers' D examination. The outcomes of the static test from the Somers' D test analysis, patterns of communication with teenagers' understanding of reproductive health was declared significant with a p-value (Approximate Significance) of 0.000, which is less than α = 0.05.
