Improving teacher learning can be done by increasing human resources for teachers through many programs, including programs obtained from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which provides the Independent Teaching Platform, School Principal Programs carrying out scheduled supervision and the activation of groups that have been formed in SDN Bergas Lor 01. With these programs, it is hoped that teachers' learning abilities will improve. Supervision assistance is also an important aspect of school management from the principal to the teachers. The role of supervision in improving teacher learning is capital and an important factor in an education unit carried out by the principal. The principal is the first guard in managing the management of teachers. This research is to examine the Role of School Principal Supervision in Improving Learning Capabilities at SDN Bergas Lor 01. The author will use descriptive research methods through a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation (observation, interviews and documentation).
