Zepplin Shuttlecock is a shuttlecock craftsman located in Malang Regency, East Java. In recent years, the owner has noticed a decline in employee performance in the form of late deposits and frequent turnover of employees which has an impact on the instability of production results. This is a challenge for owners to be able to improve employee performance in order to achieve the targets set by the company. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and work motivation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Zepplin Shuttlecock. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and sampling using total sampling or saturated samples, namely 56 production employees at Zepplin Shuttlecock. Data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and tested using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The research results concluded that partial leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, partial compensation has no influence on employee performance and partial work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership, compensation and work motivation together or simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
