This study aims to determine the teacher leadership strategy in fostering student discipline through class management. The class that will be used for research is class IV. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects of the study were class teachers and class IV students. Data collected through observation and interviews as well as documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that effective teacher leadership strategies in fostering student discipline are: (1) Implementing clear rules, (2) Positive Approaches in Encouraging Discipline, (3) Effective Communication between Teachers and Students, (4) Giving Fair Consequences, (5) Time Management and Structured Learning. The conclusion of this study is that student discipline can be fostered with teacher leadership strategies by implementing class management optimally
