This study aims to analyze the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach to students' learning motivation at SDN Kaduagung. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. In this study we used a questionnaire with two indicators namely 1) understanding and application of the TaRL approach 2) the impact of the TaRL approach on learner motivation as a data collection method. The results of this study show that there is a difference in the results of the first indicator with a value of 289 lower than the results of the second indicator with a value of 326 with the highest value. Based on these results, it shows that there are still few teachers at SDN Kaduagung who know and understand the TaRL approach, so the application of the TaRL approach has not been fully implemented optimally in classroom learning. However, based on the results obtained, it shows that the low understanding and application of the TaRL approach by teachers has a big impact on the motivation of students. So it can be said that the TaRL approach is able to motivate students in classroom learning.
