The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of students in IPAS learning. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Powtoon media to improve student learning outcomes in IPAS learning in Grade IV of SD Negeri 10 Parit Batu, Pasaman Regency. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, conducted in four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was carried out in two cycles, where Cycle I consisted of two meetings, and Cycle II consisted of one meeting. The research data were obtained from the assessment of teaching modules, learning implementation, and student learning outcomes through data collection techniques, including observation, tests, and non-tests. The subjects of this study were teachers and 16 students in Grade IV, consisting of 9 male students and 7 female students.The results of this study indicate that in Cycle I, the observation aspect of the teaching module obtained an average percentage of 81.25% with a "Good" (B) qualification, which increased in Cycle II to 95% with a "Very Good" (SB) qualification. In the observation results of learning implementation, the teacher activity aspect in Cycle I obtained an average percentage of 80.33% with a "Good" (B) qualification, increasing in Cycle II to 96.42% with a "Very Good" (SB) qualification. The student activity aspect in Cycle I also obtained an average percentage of 80.33% with a "Good" (B) qualification, increasing in Cycle II to 96.42% with a "Very Good" (SB) qualification. The assessment of students' learning improvement in Cycle I obtained an average score of 74.17 with a "Fair" (C) qualification, which increased in Cycle II to 89.21 with a "Good" (B) qualification. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Powtoon media can improve student learning outcomes in IPAS learning.
