The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of PT. Shahibuna Sabila Salam employees in organizing the Umrah pilgrimage from the perspective of sharia management and the implementation of effective management to improve performance. The method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the company implements family-based sharia management, but faces challenges such as decreased quality and quantity of work due to ineffective stock planning, mismatch between tasks and employee competencies, and inefficient communication and organization. Nevertheless, employee independence is good, motivation is increased through understanding their roles, and leadership based on routine evaluation continues to be pursued to support improved company performance.
