This study aims to describe the improvement of learning outcomes of Pancasila Education using the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model in class IV UPTD SDN 01 Labuah Gunuang, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) type using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of class IV UPTD SDN 01 Labuah Gunuang with a total of 20 students, 11 male and 9 female. The results of this study showed an increase in: a) cycle I teaching modules with an average of 89.58% (Good) and cycle II 95.83% (Very Good), b) implementation in the teacher aspect of cycle I with an average of 89.06% (Good) and cycle II 96.87% (Very Good), while the implementation in the student aspect of cycle I with an average of 85.93% (Good) and cycle II 93.75% (Very Good), c) assessment of students in improving learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average of 79.24 (Enough) and cycle II with an average of 87.26 (Good). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model can improve learning outcomes of Pancasila Education in class IV UPTD SDN 01 Labuah Gunuang.
