This study aimed to describe the innovative behavior of teachers in learning at Elementary Schools in the Doctor Wahidin Sudirohusodo Cluster. This study used a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniquesed interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicated that teachers have generally shown quite good innovative behavior in four main aspects, namely exploring opportunities, creating ideas, sharing ideas, and realizing ideas. In the aspect of exploring opportunities, teachers actively sought information and opportunities for learning development through training, social media, and discussions with colleagues. In creating ideas, teachers tried to present interesting learning through the use of technology and various methods, although they had not been consistently applied by all teachers. In the aspect of sharing ideas, teachers showed openness in sharing and receiving input through the KKG forum, training, and discussions, but the implementation of ideas was not evenly distributed. In the aspect of realizing ideas, learning innovations had been implemented and considered effective, but had not been applied evenly due to limited facilities and infrastructure and motivation.
