This study aims to develop an e-magazine learning media on the topic of rights and obligations for fourth-grade students at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Ciheuleut 1. The research used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with 24 students as subjects in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research process included needs analysis, curriculum analysis, student analysis, product design, expert validation, and media trials. The validation results from media experts, language experts, and material experts showed that the e-magazine media is feasible to use with an average percentage of 90.25%. The media trial received positive responses from students with an average percentage of 92%. The effectiveness of the media was demonstrated by an increase in pre-test scores from 47% to post-test scores of 85%, with a gain score of 75%, indicating the media is quite effective. In conclusion, the developed e-magazine learning media is valid, attractive, easy to use, and suitable for students to learn about rights and obligations.
