Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on teacher performance and learning effectiveness at SD Terpadu Madina Samarinda. The research approach used is quantitative with a descriptive and correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using Pearson correlation tests and simple linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of TQM had a positive and significant impact on both teacher performance and learning effectiveness. Improved teacher training, continuous evaluation, and effective feedback systems were found to enhance teaching quality and student understanding of the material. This study recommends further strengthening the implementation of TQM with continuous professional development and adapting teaching methods to meet students' needs.
