This study aims to develop and evaluate the GOSIKA interactive learning media (Google Sites supplemented by Kahoot) in order to assess its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving learning achievement of Grade V students in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at SDN Minggiran, Yogyakarta. The research used a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and involved 27 Grade V students as research subjects. Validation results indicate that the GOSIKA learning media is categorized as highly feasible, with average evaluations scoring 98.75% from media experts and 98% from content experts. In terms of practicality, it also received excellent feedback—95.5% from teachers and 91.32% from students. The effectiveness test, conducted through pre-test and post-test, revealed an increase in mean scores from 62.05 to 84.37. The paired-sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating that the improvement is statistically significant. Therefore, the GOSIKA learning media can be concluded to be feasible, practical, and effective for IPAS instruction, and holds promise as a web-based alternative capable of enhancing student motivation and academic performance.
