<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of love of money and personal income on personal financial management behavior among Generation Z in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consists of Generation Z individuals in Makassar City within the productive age range (18–28 years), with a sample size of 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling technique. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation and questionnaire distribution, while data analysis is conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The results of the study show that love of money and personal income have a positive and significant effect on personal financial management behavior in Makassar City. This research indicates that the higher the love of money and income possessed by individuals, the better the personal financial management behavior they exhibit. This study is expected to contribute to the development of financial literacy, particularly among Generation Z, and serve as a reference for future research.]]>
