This research aims to determine the effect of weekly study circle mentoring as aplatform for character development on the global diversity character of FKIPUntirta students. It employs a quantitative method with a descriptive technique,and the research population consists of FKIP Untirta students from the 2023cohort who have completed the LSP program, with samples taken using simplerandom sampling. The results indicate that there is a significant effect between theweekly study circle mentoring and the global diversity character, with asignificance level of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning there is an effect of variable X onvariable Y. The t-value of 5.175 > t-table of 1.661 indicates a positive effect. Thecoefficient of determination (r square) shows a result of 0.225, indicating that theeffect of implementing weekly study circle mentoring on students diversitycharacter is 22.5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive effect ofimplementing weekly study circle mentoring (X) on the global diversity character ofFKIP Untirta students..
