Mental health is becoming an increasingly important issue in modern life, where social, economic, and cultural pressures affect individual well-being. Islamic Da'wah has a significant role in shaping emotional and psychological balance through the approach of spirituality, worship, and Islamic values. This article aims to examine the role of Islamic da'wah in improving mental health through a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that da'wah that emphasizes the values of faith, tawakal, and dhikr can help reduce levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition, the role of Islamic scholars and communities in providing spiritual guidance is proven to have a positive effect on the psychological well-being of individuals. Therefore, mental health-based da'wah can be a solution in dealing with psychological problems in modern society
