This research is motivated by the importance of efforts to improve the quality of Islamic religious education, one of which is the professionalism of teachers in innovative learning of the Qur'an Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah, Jambi City. This research aims to describe professional teachers, efforts, innovation and students' responses to the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah, Jambi City. This type of research is qualitative research. The data sources in this research were the Head of the Madrasah, teachers of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects, and representatives of students in grades VII, VIII and IX. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data assurance technique in this research uses triangulation, with data analysis techniques using data reduction, presentation and conclusion verification. The results of this research show that the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah, Jambi City already look professional by carrying out tasks and learning innovations. The efforts made by the Madrasah Head to increase teacher professionalism in innovative learning of the Qur'an and Hadith include; clinical supervision, increasing teacher performance competency, developing teacher performance and providing motivation for teachers to take part in training or webinars to increase competency, professionalism and learning innovation online and offline. This can be proven through observations which show that students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah Jambi City always apply the material presented by the teacher. This is proven by the response of student representatives who stated that they were motivated and liked the learning presented by the Al Qur'an Hadith teacher in the attached interview results.
