This research problem is motivated by educators who only use printed IPAS books when teaching and the lack of learning media, including digital media, resulting in students appearing unenthusiastic and uninterested in learning. Intends this study to identify the progress, viability, and practicality of digital pop-up books. The research applies the R&D method with the ADDIE mode. Information was gathered by of observation, interview, and questionnaires. The validation results from subject matter experts were 100%, from language experts 88%, and from media experts 88%, concluding that the material was very feasible. Moreover, practitioner assessments scored 96%, and students’ responses averaged 91.8%, confirming that the material was very practical. The data shows that the media is evaluated as both very feasible and very practical to be applied or used in fourth grade during IPAS learning activities.
