Pregnancy is a physiological process that begins with coitus and continues to the fertilization stage, namely the meeting between the spermatozoa and the ovum and implementation. However, there is always the possibility of problems occurring during pregnancy if not detected early and handled properly. Many risk factors can cause a mother to experience complications, including the so-called 4 Ts, namely too young, too old, too close pregnancies, and too many children. For a woman, there is a good age limit for undergoing pregnancy, namely 20-35 years (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia). If the signs and symptoms of possible complications in pregnant women are not immediately recognized, complications can occur during pregnancy and continue to the delivery process, postpartum in newborns, and even until the mother uses contraception. Midwifery care for Mrs. N has the goal of implementing continuity care for pregnant women. In the management of pregnancy midwifery care, the method used is continuous implementation and documented with varney management and in the form of SOAP. During antenatal Mrs. N was carried out, no problems were found that indicated pathological conditions, such as no signs of pregnancy danger occurred in Mrs. N, the mother's vital signs were within normal limits, the fetal heart rate was normal and the estimated fetal weight was within normal limits.
