<![CDATA[Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping the character and morality of adolescents in this challenging era of globalization. The rapid advancement of technology and information has greatly influenced the lifestyle, behavior, and value system of the younger generation. The phenomenon of moral degradation and the declining interest in religious activities have become major concerns for Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the efforts made by schools to instill Islamic values among adolescents at SMP Negeri 25 Surabaya through activities such as Qur’anic reading and writing (BTQ), congregational Dhuha prayer, and Friday prayer at school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that these three activities serve as effective media for instilling Islamic values, shaping religious character, and increasing students’ spiritual awareness. The BTQ activity fosters Qur’anic literacy and discipline; the congregational Dhuha prayer promotes togetherness, sincerity, and responsibility; while the Friday prayer at school instills social responsibility, brotherhood, and leadership values among students. Supporting factors include the commitment of Islamic Education teachers, principal support, and student enthusiasm, while inhibiting factors stem from social media influence, limited time, and lack of parental supervision at home. The conclusion of this research is that instilling Islamic values through worship habituation in public schools can be an effective strategy to build the religious character of adolescents when implemented consistently and continuously with supportive environmental conditions.]]>
