In elementary schools, the phenomenon shows that many students face moral problems such as lack of discipline, responsibility, honesty and social concern. This shows how important family is, especially parental attention, in shaping a child's character. The aim of this research is to find out how parental attention has an impact on the formation of students' character in elementary school. This research uses qualitative methodology and literature study. Data was collected from various scientific literature and journals regarding the role of parents in children's character education. Data analysis is carried out by reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions.The findings reveal that parental attention significantly influences the character development of elementary school students. Consequently, the family plays a dominant role in instilling moral values, discipline, responsibility, and social awareness in children from an early age.
