This study aims to analyze the implementation of production management, which includes the stages of pre-production, production, marketing, and development, in a student art organization at Campus 1 of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that production management in the art student organization has been implemented in a fairly well-structured manner. The pre-production stage involves concept planning, scheduling, and analysis of resource and budget requirements. The production stage is carried out according to the established plan and supported by continuous supervision. The marketing stage utilizes social media and direct promotion to expand audience reach. The development stage is conducted through evaluation and innovation based on feedback from audiences and organization members. Effective production management plays an important role in improving the quality of artistic activities and ensuring organizational sustainability.
