In the 21st century, there is a challenge to create an education system capable of producing thinkers who can contribute to building a knowledge-aware social and economic order, as befits global citizens of the 21st century. Digitizing the Human Resources Management function within the organization in such a way that this function has the ability to leapfrog other support functions. This revolution affects the perception of added value by human resource management and at the same time ensures that human resource management takes on a more significant role in the organization.(Wardhana, 2023). Revolusi industri 4.0 menghadirkan inovasi teknologi disruptif yang mengaburkan batas fisik, digital, dan biologis di semua sektor, serta mengubah cara manusia hidup dan bekerja. Terobosan teknologi menciptakan peluang di bidang ekonomi, sosial, dan pengembangan diri pribadi, namun kecerdasan buatan akan mengambil alih pekerjaan manusia. Kesiapan pembangunan SDM sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan di era disrupsi 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan mengkaji strategi pembangunan SDM Kementerian Keuangan dalam menghadapi tantangan di era disrupsi 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan metode analisis deskriptif.(Saely, 2023). This research is motivated by the importance of Digital-based educational financial management. This study aims to analyze the concept of digital-based financial management. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of digital-based education financial management.(Widodo et al., 2023)
