<![CDATA[Rapid technological advances lead to intense business competition among entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs utilize technology to improve company performance and profits. Many companies have begun implementing information systems to ensure their operations run smoothly. The transition to information systems or digitalization faces a number of challenges for employees, resulting in decreased performance due to difficulty in adapting. This problem also occurs in the supply chain division, which is one of the main parts of the company's operational management. This study aims to analyze the impact of information systems on the performance of the supply chain division. The study was conducted quantitatively using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The Multiple Linear Regression method involves more than one independent variable. Sampling was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of the supply chain division. The results of the SPSS test of multiple linear regression show that the regression coefficient values for the variables of ease of use of information systems, availability and quality of real-time data, and the level of automation and process efficiency, have positive values. This means that if the value of the three variables increases, the performance of the supply chain division will increase. These three variables need to be further considered by the company in handling the digitalization process.]]>
