<![CDATA[The agrarian conflict between local communities and PT Lestari Asri Jaya (PT LAJ) in Tebo District, Jambi, reflects the imbalance of power in natural resource management that ignores the rights of indigenous peoples. This research aims to analyse the power mechanisms in this agrarian conflict using Michel Foucault's theory of power, particularly the concepts of power as relations, bio-power and power/knowledge. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with literature studies and content analysis of documents related to agrarian conflicts, such as concession maps, AMDAL documents, and government policies related to land management. The results show that bio-power operates through land management policies that favour companies and disadvantage local communities, while the knowledge used to support company claims, such as concession documents and AMDAL, is often non-transparent and contains manipulation. In addition, the knowledge gap between communities and companies creates an unequal relationship, with communities being weaker regarding access to information. The research recommends more equitable agrarian policy reforms, transparency in knowledge management, and the establishment of more responsive and equitable dispute resolution mechanisms. In addition, approaches that consider ecological and sustainability aspects are also needed to ensure sustainable conflict resolution.]]>
