<![CDATA[This study aims to analyse the development of Kapas Biru Waterfall as a nature-based tourist attraction in Lumajang Regency using the 6A approach: Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Available Packages, Activities, and Ancillary Services. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that Kapas Biru Waterfall possesses a strong natural appeal with its pristine landscape. However, accessibility remains limited due to steep terrain and a lack of supporting infrastructure. Available amenities, such as restrooms, resting areas, and directional signage, are still basic. Formal tour packages are not yet available, and tourism activities are mainly limited to trekking and photography. Ancillary services such as tourist information and safety facilities are also underdeveloped. Supporting factors for tourism development include natural beauty, active community participation, and promotion through social media. Conversely, the main constraints are poor infrastructure, limited facilities, insufficient government involvement, and the absence of an integrated and sustainable management system. This study is expected to serve as a reference in formulating strategies for developing Kapas Biru Waterfall into a competitive and sustainable nature tourism destination in Lumajang Regency.]]>
