Abstrak Kegiatan pelatihan diversifikasi olahan ikan ini dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari program pengabdian hirilisasi masyarakat pesisir di Desa Bonde Luaor, Kabupaten Majene. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, khususnya ibu-ibu pesisir, dalam mengolah hasil perikanan menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Program dilaksanakan pada periode September 2025 dengan mitra kelompok masyarakat pesisir sebagai sasaran kegiatan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi dan praktikum langsung. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pemilihan bahan baku ikan, sanitasi dan higienitas pengolahan, teknik pengolahan, diversifikasi produk olahan perikanan, teknik pengemasan, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 10 peserta perempuan pesisir dari keluarga nelayan yang secara umum memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dasar hingga menengah, dengan mayoritas belum memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam bidang pengolahan hasil laut. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Nilai rata-rata pre-test peserta sebesar 48,9 poin meningkat menjadi 79,3 poin pada post-test, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 30,4 poin atau sekitar 62%. Selain itu, peserta mampu menghasilkan produk olahan dengan mutu sensori yang baik dan kemasan yang lebih menarik. Dampak ekonomi awal terlihat dari meningkatnya minat peserta untuk memproduksi dan memasarkan produk secara mandiri. Sebagai tindak lanjut, dibentuk kelompok usaha kecil yang didampingi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program dan penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga. Abstract This fish processing diversification training activity was carried out as part of a community service program for coastal communities in Bonde Luaor Village, Majene Regency. The activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of participants, especially coastal women, in processing fishery products into high economic value products. The program was implemented from September 2025 with coastal community groups as the target participants. The implementation methods included socialization and hands-on training. The materials covered included the selection of fish raw materials, sanitation and hygiene in processing, processing techniques, diversification of processed fishery products, packaging techniques, and digital marketing strategies. The activity was attended by 10 female coastal participants from fishing families who generally had a basic to secondary education background, with the majority not yet having any specific skills in the field of marine product processing. The evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the participants' understanding improvement. The average pre-test score of the participants was 48.9 points, increasing to 79.3 points in the post-test, with an average increase of 30.4 points or around 62%. In addition, participants were able to produce processed products with good sensory quality and more attractive packaging. The initial economic impact was seen in the increased interest of participants to independently produce and market their products. As a follow-up, small business groups were formed and provided with assistance to support the sustainability of the program and strengthen household economies.
