ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Sekolah dan lingkungannya menduduki urutan ketiga tempat terjadinya cedera, data anak usia 5-14 tahun yang mengalami cedera sebanyak 12,1% yang mengganggu kegiatan sehari-harinya. Ada bebrapa cedera yang sering terjadi pada anak sekolah dasar (SD) seperti terkilir 27,5%, luka robek 23,2%, patah tulang 5,8%, dan cedara lainnya. Sedangkan angka kejadian cedera disekolah dan lingkungannya pada provinsi Bengkulu adalah 18,5 %. SD Muhamadiaya 05 Rimbo Recap terdapat 195 orang siswa yang berusia 6 – 15 tahun dan belum pernah mendapatkan penyuluhan tentang anticipatory quidance dan pertolongan kecelakaan pada anak. Tujuan: Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anak sekolah dasar tentang anticipatory quidance dan pertolongan pertama kecelakaan. Metode Pengabdian Masyarakat: menggunakan metode edukasi dengan cara penyampaian materi tentang anticipatory quidance dan pertolongan pertama kecelakaan pada anak sekolah dasar dan simulasi serta praktik pertolongan pertama kecelakaan. Pengetahuan siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikannya edukasi anticipatory quidance dan pertolongan pertama kecelakaan di desa rimbo recap tahun 2025. Kesimpulan: Pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara melakukan edukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Anak sekolah tentang aticisipatory Quidance dan pertolongan pertama kecelakaan. Students' knowledge increased after being given anticipatory quidance and first aid for accidents education in Rimbo Recap village in 2025. Conclusion: Community service by conducting education is effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of school children about anticipatory quidance and first aid for accidents..
