Abstract: The purpose of school action research is to improve the quality of assessment through academic supervision for teachers of Gugus Flamboyan, Banggae District, Majene Regency. In this study, researchers used data collection tools in the form of observation instruments and thematic learning lesson plan preparation instruments. The research was conducted from March to May 2021, with the consideration that the assessments that have been made can be used to develop the KTSP used in kindergarten in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted using the school action research method. Researchers always try to obtain optimal results through methods and procedures that are considered the most effective, so that repeated actions are possible to improve classroom management in the teaching and learning process. The researcher conducted two cycles of research. Starting from cycle I, 1) action planning, 2) action implementation, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. Based on the formulation of problems, hypotheses and research results, the researcher concludes that academic supervision can improve the quality of teacher assessment - kindergarten teachers of the Lelebautapa cluster in the 2021/2022 academic year. Keywords: Supervision; Academic; Assessment Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian tindakan sekolah adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas penilaian melalui supervisi akademik bagi guru-guru Gugus Flamboyan Kecamatan Banggae Kabupaten Majene. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa instrumen observasi dan instrumen penyusunan RPP pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei tahun 2021, dengan pertimbangan penilaian yang sudah dibuat dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan KTSP yang digunakan di TK pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan sekolah. Peneliti senantiasa berupaya memperoleh hasil yang optimal melalui cara dan prosedur yang dinilai paling efektif, sehingga dimungkinkan adanya tindakan yang berulang-ulang untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan kelas dalam proses belajar mengajar. Peneliti melaksanakan penelitian dua siklus. Dimulai siklus I sejak 1) perencanaan tindakan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) Pengamatan, dan 4) Refleksi hingga siklus II.Berdasarkan rumusan masalah, hipotesis dan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kualitas penilaian guru – guru TK gugus Lelebautapa tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.
