This study aims to analyze the role of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in shaping the social character of students at MTs SA Al-Hidayah. This research employs a qualitative method using a literature study approach. The data were obtained from various relevant sources such as scientific journals, books, and research articles related to student organizations and character education. Data collection techniques were conducted through documentation studies and literature analysis, while the data were analyzed using content analysis to identify concepts, findings from previous studies, and their relevance to OSIS activities in shaping students' social character. The results of the literature review indicate that OSIS plays an important role in shaping students' social character through various social and religious organizational activities. Programs such as performing Dhuha prayer before entering the classroom, reciting verses of the Qur’an before starting learning activities, and the Friday charity program serve as a means of habituating religious and social values within the madrasa environment. Through these activities, students are encouraged to develop discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and social concern for others. However, several obstacles were also identified, including low participation of some students, lack of discipline among some organization members, and limited awareness of the importance of social activities in the school environment. Therefore, several efforts are required to overcome these challenges, such as strengthening guidance from OSIS supervisors, reinforcing social and religious programs, and increasing student participation in organizational activities. Thus, OSIS can play a more optimal role in supporting the development of students' social character in the madrasa environment.
