The teaching of shorof (Arabic morphology), particularly tasrif istilahi, is often conducted through conventional memorization-based methods that limit students’ engagement and understanding. This study aims to develop Project Based Learning–based teaching materials for the Amstilatut Tasrifiyah book and to examine their effectiveness in improving students’ understanding. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects were first-grade students of Madrasah Mu’alimin Mu’alimat Sabilul Hasanah Banyuasin. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to determine the feasibility of the product and the improvement of students’ learning outcomes. The results indicate that the developed teaching materials are feasible based on expert validation and effective in improving students’ understanding, as shown by higher post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. Pembelajaran shorof pada materi tasrif istilahi masih banyak menggunakan metode konvensional yang menekankan hafalan sehingga siswa kurang aktif dan mengalami kesulitan memahami kaidah shorof. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar Amstilatut Tasrifiyah berbasis Project Based Learning serta menguji efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I Madrasah Mu’alimin Mu’alimat Sabilul Hasanah Banyuasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dokumentasi, serta tes pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menilai kelayakan produk dan peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak berdasarkan validasi ahli. Selain itu, hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa yang ditunjukkan oleh perbedaan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar Amstilatut Tasrifiyah berbasis Project Based Learning efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran shorof
