<![CDATA[Abstract: This study analyzes the façade characteristics of the Teras by Plataran restaurant in Summarecon Bogor. The research focuses on exploring the application of architectural principles in the restaurant's facade design, paying particular attention to sustainability aspects and responsiveness to the surrounding environment. A qualitative approach is employed to examine design elements such as form, materials, and color, and how these elements create a harmonious relationship between the building and nature. The findings aim to provide insights into how facade design supports functionality, spatial aesthetics, and sustainability, while reinforcing architectural identity in the context of a design responsive to the tropical environment. Keyword: Restaurant Facade, Sustainability, Architectural Design Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis karakteristik fasade pada restoran Teras by Plataran di Summarecon Bogor. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur dalam desain fasade restoran, dengan memperhatikan aspek keberlanjutan dan respons terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis elemen-elemen desain fasade seperti bentuk, material, dan warna, serta bagaimana elemen-elemen tersebut menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antara bangunan dan alam. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana desain fasade mendukung fungsionalitas, estetika ruang, dan keberlanjutan, serta memperkuat identitas arsitektur dalam konteks desain yang responsif terhadap lingkungan tropis.
