Curriculum developmentis a key element in education, especially at the elementary school level. The curriculum must be able to respond to the challenges of the times andprepare students with comprehensive 21st-century competencies.This study uses a literature review method with a descriptivequalitative approach to examine innovative strategies in the development of the elementary school curriculum. The main focus is on the application of innovative learning modelssuch as Student Centered Learning (SCL), Problem BasedLearning (PBL), and Project Based Learning (PjBL), which emphasizecreativity, collaboration, and active student involvement. Curriculum developmentis not only technical in nature, but also contains anticipatory values towardssocial change and technological advances. The success of curriculum innovation is highlydependent on collaboration between stakeholders, including teachers,students, principals, and the community. The implementation of this innovation strategyis expected to improve the quality of learning, character development, andlife skills of students. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing innovation and sustainability strategies in response to globalchallenges and changing times in order to achieve better education.
