Background: Receptive language disorders in early childhood can hinder the ability to understand instructions, recognize objects, and interact in learning, thus requiring engaging and developmentally appropriate intervention media. Purpose: To develop a game-based receptive therapy application as an intervention medium to improve receptive language skills in early childhood. Method: Research and Development (R&D) was conducted through preliminary stages, product development, and expert and practitioner validation. This study involved four experts and 20 practitioners, with data collection using questionnaires and structured interviews. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Results: The study showed the application received an average score of 4.36 from the experts and 4.27 from the practitioners, categorized as very good. Overall, the receptive therapy application was deemed feasible and ready for use as a receptive language intervention medium. The final product, a receptive therapy application, underwent expert validation, prospective user validation, and initial and final product revisions. Therefore, its appearance and functionality were tailored to user needs and ready for implementation in the field. Conclusion: The use of a game-based receptive language therapy application is feasible as a receptive language intervention medium and has the potential to support the therapy and learning process in early childhood. Suggestion: Further research is recommended to experimentally test the application's effectiveness, develop adaptive features tailored to children's abilities, and expand the application's implementation across various platforms and service settings. Pendahuluan: Gangguan bahasa reseptif pada anak usia dini dapat menghambat kemampuan memahami instruksi, mengenali objek, dan berinteraksi dalam pembelajaran sehingga diperlukan media intervensi yang menarik dan sesuai perkembangan anak.. Tujuan: Untuk mengembangkan aplikasi ner receptive therapy berbasis game sebagai media intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak usia dini. Metode: Penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang dilakukan melalui tahap pendahuluan, pengembangan produk, serta validasi ahli dan praktisi. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 4 ahli dan 20 praktisi, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara terstruktur. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,36 dari ahli dan 4,27 dari praktisi dengan kategori sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi ner receptive therapy dinilai layak dan siap digunakan sebagai media intervensi bahasa reseptif. Produk akhir yang dihasilkan merupakan aplikasi ner receptive therapy yang telah melalui tahapan validasi ahli, validasi calon pengguna, serta revisi produk awal dan akhir, sehingga tampilan dan fungsinya telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan siap diimplementasikan di lapangan. Simpulan: Penggunaan aplikasi ner receptive therapy berbasis game layak digunakan sebagai media intervensi bahasa reseptif dan berpotensi mendukung proses terapi serta pembelajaran anak usia dini. Saran: Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk menguji efektivitas aplikasi secara eksperimental, mengembangkan fitur adaptif sesuai tingkat kemampuan anak, serta memperluas implementasi aplikasi pada berbagai platform dan setting layanan.
