Systematic Review: Dampak Psikologis dari Kepemimpinan Adaptif dalam Manajemen Krisis

Abstract

Adaptive leadership enhances organizational resilience and employee psychological well-being in crisis management. This systematic review analyzes the psychological impact of adaptive leadership in crisis management. Adaptive leaders help organizations adopt lessons learned post-crisis. The study is based on studies published between 2020 and 2025. The method used follows the PRISMA guidelines and quality appraisal from JBI. The results show that adaptive leadership is positively associated with reduced work stress, increased motivation, and increased organizational resilience. Key contributing factors include transparent communication, emotional intelligence, and a culture of continuous learning. In addition, digital transformation and innovation play an important role in supporting adaptive leadership during a crisis. However, there are several limitations, such as the dominance of qualitative research and the lack of longitudinal studies measuring long-term psychological impacts. This study emphasizes the importance of adaptive leadership training to improve the effectiveness of crisis management. Future research needs to use a quantitative approach and expand the scope of industries to strengthen empirical evidence. AbstrakKepemimpinan adaptif memiliki peran krusial dalam manajemen krisis dengan meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi serta kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Tinjauan sistematis ini menganalisis dampak psikologis kepemimpinan adaptif dalam manajemen krisis. Pemimpin adaptif membantu organisasi mengadopsi pelajaran yang diperoleh pasca-krisis. Studi ini didasarkan pada studi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Metode yang digunakan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA dan quality appraisal dari JBI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif berhubungan positif dengan penurunan stres kerja, peningkatan motivasi, dan peningkatan ketahanan organisasi. Faktor utama yang berkontribusi mencakup komunikasi transparan, kecerdasan emosional, serta budaya pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, transformasi digital dan inovasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung kepemimpinan adaptif selama krisis. Namun, terdapat beberapa keterbatasan, seperti dominasi penelitian kualitatif dan minimnya studi longitudinal yang mengukur dampak psikologis jangka panjang. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan kepemimpinan adaptif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen krisis. Penelitian di masa depan perlu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta memperluas cakupan industri guna memperkuat bukti empiris.
