Abstract

Abstract: The developmental study was intended to produce the training model of creative teaching and learning which fulfilled the criteria of expediency, appropriateness, and relevance theoretically and practically. The research steps included preliminary study, planning of early form of the model, expert validation, the try out of the model, and the revision of the model. The results of the study was a model of training model of creative teaching and learning for elementary school teachers along with the guidelines and the media which had high appropriateness theoretically and practically.Keywords: training model, creative teaching and learning, elementary school teachersAbstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pelatihan pembelajaran kreatif, yang memenuhi kriteria kebergunaan, kelayakan, dan ketepatan secara teoritis dan praktis. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan, penyusunan bentuk awal model, uji ahli, uji coba model, dan revisi model. Hasil penelitian berupa model pelatihan pembelajaran kreatif bagi guruSD beserta panduan dan medianya yang memiliki tingkat keterterimaan tinggi baik secara teoritis dan praktis.Kata kunci: model pelatihan, pembelajaran kreatif, guru SD.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekuitas produk menjadi hal penting dalam memenangkan kompetisi perusahaan. Salah satu upaya yang sering digunakan adalah dengan memanfaatkan endorser. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kredibilitas typical person endorser produk R dengan ekuitas merek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Negeri Malang angkatan 2014–2018 berjumlah 697 orang mahasiswa yang memiliki karakteristik: (1) pengguna produk R; dan (2) pernah melihat bintang iklan produk R. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang merupakan sampel populasi. Terdapat dua instrumen yang digunakan, yaitu: (1) skala ekuitas merek produk yang terdiri atas 19 item; dan (2) skala kredibilitas endorser yang terdiri atas 15 item. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson’s product moment. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh data rxy sebesar 0,461 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Dengan demikian, terdapat hubungan positif dan dalam kategori cukup antara kredibilitas typical person endorser dengan ekuitas merek produk R pada mahasiswa. Saran yang diberikan untuk perusahaan, yaitu perusahaan bisa memilih typical person endorser sebagai pendukung merek sekaligus juru bicara dalam iklan yang patut dipertimbangkan. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat mendalami penelitian ini pada analisis per aspek kredibilitas typical person endorser.

Abstract

College students are individuals who enter the transition from adolescence to adulthood. In this period, they have more opportunities to explore various values and lifestyles. Individuals are looking for experiences that will eventually form personalities. Personality can influence individuals who make risky decisions. Decision-making immediately without prior consideration can make them behave impulsively without thinking about the effect. This study aims to determine the effect of big five personalities on impulsive buying behavior on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach, the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results obtained three conclusions, 1) Most of the students of economics and business at Airlangga University Surabaya have big five personalities that tend to be dominant; 2) Most of the economics and business students of Airlangga University Surabaya have low impulsive buying behavior; 3) Big five personality influences impulsive buying behavior in economics and business students of Airlangga University Surabaya, conscientiousness has a greater influence than extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, and openness to experience.

Abstract

AbstrakKualitas pengajaran dan instruksi sangat diperlukan bagi keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah. Supervisi di sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengajaran dan instruksi guru. Supervisi sebagai tulang punggung yang menentukan efektivitas sebuah sekolah. Supervisi yang baik melibatkan kegiatan bantuan untuk guru secara langsung dan menginformasikan tentang apa yang harus dilakukan atau telah dilakukan. Supervisi belajar-mengajar di kelas berusaha membantu guru untuk mengajar secara efektif belum tercapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan supervisi klinis ini yaitu 1) konferensi perencanaan; 2) observasi kelas; 3) konferensi umpan balik; 4) perencanaan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 1) konferensi perencanaan berhasil memberikan penjelasan kepada pihak sekolah dan guru terkait konsep kegiatan yang akan dilakukan; 2) observasi kelas dilakukan selama aktivitas mengajar yang meliputi pembukaan, main activity, manajemen kelas, dan aktivitas lainnya; 3) konferensi umpan baik dapat memberikan masukan bagi guru terkait kekurangan atau kelemahan yang perlu diperbaiki dalam proses mengajarnya; 4) rancangan evaluasi dapat memformulasi rancangan program khusus untuk guru berdasarkan hasil konferensi umpan balik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya supervisi klinis sangat berguna dalam mempromosikan kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Guru, Guru Sekolah Dasar, Supervisi Klinis AbstractThe quality of teaching and instruction is indispensable for successful learning in schools. Supervision in schools aims to improve teaching performance and teacher instruction. Supervision is the backbone that determines the effectiveness of a school. Good supervision involves directly assisting teachers and informing them of what needs to be done or has been done. Supervision of teaching and learning in the classroom trying to help teachers to teach effectively has not been achieved. The methods used in this clinical supervision activity are 1) planning conference; 2) class observation; 3) feedback conference; 4) evaluation planning. The results of the activities showed that 1) the planning conference was successful in providing explanations to the school and teachers regarding the concept of the activities to be carried out; 2) class observations are carried out during teaching activities which include opening, main activity, class management, and other activities; 3) feedback conferences can provide input for teachers regarding deficiencies or weaknesses that need to be improved in the teaching process; 4) the evaluation design can formulate a special program design for teachers based on the results of the feedback conference. Thus, it can be concluded that clinical supervision is very useful in promoting teacher performance.Key Word: Clinical Supervision, Elementary School Teacher, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of state defense training on the nationalism of students at the State University of Malang. The research method used quasi-experimental. The independent variable is state defense training and the dependent variable is nationalism. The research subjects were students of the State University of Malang, totaling 333 people. Subjects were given pre-test and post-test to measure the success of the treatment. The instrument for measuring nationalism uses  Blank dan Schmidt. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed test. The results of the hypothesis test were proven significantly with a significance value of 0.013. It can be concluded that the state defense training is effective in increasing the nationalism of State University of Malang students.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan bela negara terhadap nasionalisme mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi-eksperimen. Variabel bebas berupa pelatihan bela negara dan variabel terikat berupa nasionalisme. Subjek penelitian merupakan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang yang berjumlah 333 orang. Subjek diberikan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur keberhasilan dari perlakuan. Instrumen untuk mengukur nasionalisme menggunakan skala nasionalisme milik Blank dan Schmidt. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed test. Hasil uji hipotesis terbukti secara signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,013. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan bela negara

Abstract

Abstract: Moral decision-making training involves activities relating to being aware of moral issues, outlining missing values in social life, devising alternative solutions, building goals with moral value, and evaluating moral decisions. This research is a development research using ASSURE model. The result indicate that there differences in value of use of film media, comic media and newspaper media on the implementation of moral decision-making training in high school.Abstrak: Pelatihan pengambilan keputusan moral merupakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas menyadari permasalahan moral, menguraikan nilai yang hilang dalam kehidupan sosial, menyusun alternatif pemecahan masalah, membangun tujuan yang bermuatan nilai moral, dan mengevaluasi keputusan moral yang diambil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ASSURE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan nilai pada penggunaan media film, media komik, dan media koran pada pelaksanaan pelatihan pengambilan keputusan moral di SMA.

Abstract

Political intolerance in this study is the unwillingness of a person or group to accept the actions, talks and views of the Ahmadiyya congregation which include disrespecting the civil rights of others, disrespecting freedom of expression, and disrespecting the beliefs of others. Gender roles are roles played by women and men in accordance with the status of the environment, culture and society structure. The aim of research to find out the differences of political intolerance in the congregation of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor, Lombok if the terms of gender. This study has 1 dependent variable, namely political intolerance with 1 independent variable, namely gender. The subjects of this study were 90 members of the Nahdlatul Wathan Jamaah, consisting of 45 men and 45 women. The research instrument used was the political intolerance scale (α = 0.837). The results showed that there was no difference in political intolerance between male and female Nahdlatul Wathan congregations against the Pancor Ahmadiyah Community, East Lombok with t count <t table (-0.362 <1.987) and P value (0.718> 0.05). Recommendations for future research to examine other variables that influence political intolerance, such as authoritarian variables, contacts or relationships, education, government policies and ethnic diversity.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of strengthening character education based on Pancasila values through coaching students at the Elementary School Laboratory Universitas Negeri Malang, Blitar City. The research was conducted qualitatively with a case study approach. Data obtained through unstructured interviews, observation and documentation study. Data credibility checks were carried out using triangulation techniques, random member checks and discussion with fellow researchers. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of coaching students in order to strengthen Pancasila value-based character education is divided into learning and non-learning aspects. The strategy to strengthen character education based on Pancasila values in schools is implemented in accordance with the vision and mission of the school including being adjusted to the characteristics of school learning oriented towards western education patterns by focusing on understanding and using English as the excellence of the school. Combined with eastern customs which are described in the character building activities of students.Keywords: strategy; strengthening character education; pancasila value; elementary school laboratory.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mendeskripsikan strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai pancasila melalui pembinaan peserta didik di SD Laboratorium UM Kota Blitar. Pengecekan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi, pengecekan anggota secara acak (random member check) dan diskusi teman sesama peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi pembinaan peserta didik dalam rangka penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai pancasila dibagi ke dalam aspek pembelajaran dan non pembelajaran. Strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai pancasila di sekolah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah termasuk disesuaikan dengan ciri khas pembelajaran sekolah yang berkiblat pada pola pendidikan barat dengan berfokus pada pemahaman dan penggunaan Bahasa Inggris sebagai keunggulan sekolah. Dipadukan dengan adat ketimuran yang dijabarkan dalam kegiatan pembinaan karakter peserta didik.Kata Kunci: strategi; penguatan pendidikan karakter; berbasis pancasila; sekolah laboratorium.

Abstract

Education programs planned and implemented in schools have a great impact on the forming of the student’s character and intelligence. This study aims to describe the planning of management to strengthen character education based on Pancasila values in the international class program at laboratory elementary school (Labschool) Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Qualitative research with a case study research design is used in this study. The data was obtained through unstructured interviews with principals, teachers, education personnel, school committees, and stakeholder. All information is tested for credibility and validity through triangulation. The results of this study showed that planning activities in character education strengthening programs are divided into aspects of learning and non-learning. The formulation of the school's vision and mission is used as the basis for implementing character education in schools, by adjusting learning characteristics that refer to western education patterns, which are combined with eastern culture as outlined in student character-building activities. The impact of implementing school strategies in strengthening student character is inherent in students’ daily lives, both in the environment where they live and in their school environment, and continues to carry over into adulthood.
