<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the Implementation process of the Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (JePin) Program as a form of Smart City Masterplan Implementation in Pontianak City based on Pontianak Smart City Masterplan 2019-2028. The issue regarding the Implementation process of the Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (JePin) Program is interesting to research, considering that the services provided by Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (JePin) are not well utilized by the people of Pontianak City. In writing this article, it uses Charles O. Jones' theory in the implementation process which consisted of Organization, Interpretation and Application with a qualitative approach method with descriptive research type. The results of this study show that the Implementation of Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (JePin)) as a form of Smart City Masterplan Implementation in Pontianak City has a fairly good impact on the Pontianak City Government in implementing Smart City and also has a good impact on the people who use it. The suggestion for this research is that the government can be more intensive in providing socialization and develop better features in Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (JePin) so that the desired goals can be achieved.]]>
