Background: Anemia is a global health problem affecting more than a third of the world's population, particularly adolescent girls who are vulnerable due to increased iron requirements during puberty. Consumption of tannins found in tea and coffee, along with unbalanced physical activity levels, is known to affect iron absorption and hemoglobin status. Purpose: To analyze the relationship between tannin consumption and physical activity levels with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. Method: This quantitative study used a cross-sectional design with a descriptive correlational approach. A sample of 162 female adolescents in grades 7 and 8 of Baturraden 1 Public Junior High School was selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a tea/coffee consumption frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), a physical activity questionnaire (PAQ-A), and hemoglobin level measurements using a hemoglobinometer. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman Rank test. Results: Most respondents engaged in light physical activity (45.7%), consumed tea (72.8%) and coffee (53.1%), and did not experience anemia (69.8%). There was a significant association between tannin consumption and the incidence of anemia (p = 0.015 for tea and p = 0.016 for coffee), as well as between physical activity and the incidence of anemia (p = 0.0001). Conclusion: Consumption of drinks containing tannin and levels of physical activity contribute to the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. Suggestion: To expand the research variables, use a mixed methods or longitudinal design, and involve male respondents to obtain a more comprehensive picture of anemia risk factors. Pendahuluan: Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang berdampak pada lebih dari sepertiga populasi dunia, terutama pada remaja putri yang rentan akibat peningkatan kebutuhan zat besi selama masa pubertas. Konsumsi zat tanin yang terdapat dalam teh dan kopi serta tingkat aktivitas fisik yang tidak seimbang diketahui dapat memengaruhi penyerapan zat besi dan status hemoglobin. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konsumsi zat tanin dan tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Sampel sebanyak 162 remaja putri kelas 7 dan 8 SMP N 1 Baturraden, dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner frekuensi konsumsi teh/kopi (SQ-FFQ), kuesioner aktivitas fisik (PAQ-A), dan pengukuran kadar hemoglobin menggunakan hemoglobinometer. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden memiliki aktivitas fisik ringan (45.7%), mengonsumsi teh (72.8%) dan kopi (53.1%), serta tidak mengalami anemia (69.8%). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi zat tanin dengan kejadian anemia (p = 0.015 untuk teh dan p = 0.016 untuk kopi), serta antara aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian anemia (p = 0.0001). Simpulan: Konsumsi minuman berkadar tanin dan tingkat aktivitas fisik memiliki kontribusi terhadap kejadian anemia pada remaja putri. Saran: Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas variabel penelitian, menggunakan desain mixed methods atau longitudinal, serta melibatkan responden laki-laki guna mendapatkan gambaran faktor resiko anemia yang lebih komprehensif.
