TikTok, as a short video-based social media, has developed into a unique digital transaction space, where seller and buyer communication relies not only on direct verbal speech, but also nonverbal cues, comments, and digital symbols. Cyberpragamatic here is one of the sciences that studies how language is used in digital communication, one of which is in TikTok. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the code and inferential principles contained in TikTok which are studied based on a cyberpragamatic perspective. The data source of this research comes from TikTok social media collected from May-July 2025. The technique of collecting data in this research is documentation technique and note-taking technique. Several codes were found in online buying and selling interactions which contain indirect or implied messages. The results of the analysis show that comments in online buying and selling on TikTok are often implicit. Sellers and buyers must rely on inferential skills to capture the true intent behind the utterance. The findings suggest that buying and selling interactions on TikTok depend not only on explicit message delivery, but also on interpretations that rely on contextualization, shared knowledge, and background. This study makes an important contribution to the understanding of pragmatics in digital communication, particularly in the realm of social media-based e-commerce.
