This study aims to determine the effect of busy books on the fine motor skills of 45 year-old children at Bina Cakrawala Kindergarten PALI. The research method used in this study was a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique selected was purposive sampling. This study was conducted with 10 children aged 4–5 years at Bina Cakrawala PALI Kindergarten. The results of the data analysis showed that the calculated t-value was 0.76 and the critical t-value was 2.262. This indicates that the calculated t-value is greater than or equal to the critical t-value (0.76 ≥ 2.262); therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. In conclusion, there is an effect of the use of busy books on the fine motor skills of children aged 4–5 years at Bina Cakrawala Kindergarten PALI.
