This study aims to analyze the influence of management effectiveness and member participation on the welfare of members of the Sembako Cooperative at the Center for Marine Aquaculture (BBPBL) Lampung. The study used a quantitative method with an associative approach, with a population and sample of 80 cooperative members determined through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that management effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on member welfare, member participation also had a positive and significant effect on member welfare, and both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on cooperative member welfare, with management effectiveness as the variable that had a more dominant influence. This study concluded that improving the welfare of cooperative members requires effective cooperative management and active and sustainable member participation.
