This study aims to analyze the determinant factors, technological innovations, and organizational impacts of Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems using a structured literature review approach. The study synthesizes recent scholarly works published between 2023 and 2025 and applies the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to provide a comprehensive understanding of ERP integration. The findings reveal that technological readiness, managerial support, environmental pressures, and user acceptance are the key determinants of ERP success. In addition, technological advancements such as Business Intelligence (BI), big data, and cloud-based architectures have transformed ERP systems into strategic platforms that enable real-time analysis and predictive decision-making. From an organizational perspective, integrated ERP systems improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and overall competitiveness. The study also highlights the importance of aligning organizational readiness with user acceptance to ensure effective implementation. Despite its contributions, this study is limited by the number of reviewed articles and lack of empirical validation. Future research is recommended to explore empirical testing and emerging technologies integration.
