Paper Quilling training for teachers at SDN Serua 3 Ciputat, South Tangerang, was conducted in response to the limited availability of creative learning media in elementary schools and the lack of educators with an arts background. This situation tends to make arts and crafts lessons monotonous and less able to maximize student creativity. The Paper Quilling technique—the art of rolling and shaping paper into decorative works—was chosen as an alternative solution due to its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and effectiveness in developing creativity and fine motor skills. Key issues identified included low use of art media in the learning process, teachers' lack of understanding of Paper Quilling techniques, and limited training focused on practical skills. The training used a participatory approach, encompassing material delivery, demonstrations of basic techniques, hands-on practice, and evaluation of the work. The training results showed that the teachers were able to master basic Paper Quilling techniques and began integrating them into classroom art lessons. Furthermore, the training improved teachers' creativity, precision, and fine motor skills, which have the potential to be passed on to students. In conclusion, Paper Quilling training has proven to be an effective tool for enhancing teacher creativity and enriching art teaching methods at the elementary school level. It is recommended that this activity be followed up with further training and mentoring in implementing the training results so that its benefits can be felt sustainably and measurably. ABSTRAK Pelatihan seni Paper Quilling untuk para guru di SDN Serua 3 Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan dilaksanakan sebagai respons terhadap keterbatasan media pembelajaran kreatif di sekolah dasar serta minimnya tenaga pendidik yang memiliki latar belakang seni. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pembelajaran seni dan keterampilan cenderung monoton dan kurang mampu merangsang kreativitas siswa secara maksimal. Teknik Paper Quilling—yaitu seni menggulung dan membentuk kertas menjadi karya dekoratif—dipilih sebagai solusi alternatif karena sifatnya yang sederhana, hemat biaya, dan efektif dalam mengembangkan kreativitas serta keterampilan motorik halus. Beberapa masalah utama yang ditemukan antara lain rendahnya penggunaan media seni dalam proses belajar, kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap teknik Paper Quilling, serta terbatasnya pelatihan yang berfokus pada keterampilan praktis. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, mencakup penyampaian materi, demonstrasi teknik dasar, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi hasil karya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para guru mampu menguasai teknik dasar Paper Quilling dan mulai mengintegrasikannya dalam pembelajaran seni di kelas. Selain itu, pelatihan ini turut meningkatkan kreativitas, ketelitian, dan keterampilan motorik halus guru, yang berpotensi ditularkan kepada siswa. Sebagai kesimpulan, pelatihan Paper Quilling terbukti menjadi media yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan memperkaya metode pembelajaran seni di tingkat sekolah dasar. Disarankan agar kegiatan ini dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan lanjutan serta pendampingan dalam penerapan hasil pelatihan agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara berkelanjutan dan terukur.
