Abstract: The aims of the research are to describe: the formulation’s process of the QualityAssurance (QA), the implementation of QA on learning,the factors that supporting andhindering the implementation of QA, solutions to overcome barriers to the implementationof QA.This study used a case study of qualitative approach. The data collection were byhaving interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed the background of theimplementation of QA is an instruction from JSIT (Integrated Islamic School Network) andalso the needs of the school, implementation of the QA divided each month, the supporting andinhibiting factors are coming from inside and outside of the school.The general solution aremore involving the coordination between teachers, vice principals, principal and foundations.Keywords: quality assurance, public trust.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: proses perumusan QualityAssurance (QA), implementasi QA saat pembelajaran, faktor pendukung dan penghambatimplementasi QA, solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan implementasi QA. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanlatarbelakang penerapan QA merupakan instruksi dari JSIT (Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu) danjuga merupakan kebutuhan sekolah, implementasi QA dibagi setiap bulan, faktor pendukungdan penghambat implementasi berasal dari dalam dan luar sekolah, solusi secara umum yaitudengan lebih melibatkan koordinasi antara kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan yayasan.Kata kunci: quality assurance, kepercayaan masyarakat.
