MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to get an overview of Human Resource Development Managementat Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cordova Samarinda, include: planning, organizing, actuating,and controlling of human resources development program. This study uses a case study witha qualitative approach. The data collected in this study through participation observationtechniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) planning ofhuman resources development program (teacher) is done at the beginning of the new schoolyear through workshops. Teacher development strategy using a “make-approach”, namelyeducation and training. (2) Organizing the HRD program (teacher) by forming committeesand the division of tasks and responsibilities for the implementation of the program. (3)Actuating of human resources development program (teacher) had been done accordancewith the plan, and (4) controlling the implementation of human resources developmentprogram (teacher) conducted by the school principal together with the foundation directly orindirectly through the executive committee activity reports.Keywords: : Management, human resource develpoment, integrated islamic elementaryschoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang ManajemenPengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cordova Samarindayang meliputi: Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan Pengawasan ProgramPengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cordova Samarinda.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yangdikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini melalui teknik observasi partisipasi, wawancaramendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaanprogram pengembangan SDM (Guru) dilakukan pada awal tahun ajaran baru melaluiworkshop. Strategi pengembangan guru dengan menggunakan pendekatan “make approach”yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan. (2) Pengorganisasian dalam program SDM (Guru) dilakukandengan membentuk kepanitiaan dan pembagian tugas dan tanggungjawab terhadappelaksanaan program. (3) Pelaksanaan program pengembangan SDM (Guru) telah berjalanansesuai dengan perencanaan, dan (4) Pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan program pengembanganSDM (Guru) di dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah bersama dengan yayasan secara langsungmaupun tidak langsung melalui laporan panitia pelaksana kegiatan.Kata kunci: Manajemen, pengembangan SDM, sekolah dasar islam terpadu
