This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational staff planning at MA Darut Thalibin Ponteh Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency, using a gap analysis approach to determine the level of discrepancy against the ideal standards of Permendikbud No. 2626 of 2025 with the actual conditions in the madrasah. The research method used is a case study with triangulation techniques including Likert questionnaires, observation, and documentation, validated through expert judgment and tested for reliability with Cronbach's Alpha. The research subjects include 12 active educational staff comprising teachers, school principals, and support staff. The study shows that there is a minor gap in the procurement dimension, while in the areas of coaching and development, evaluation and supervision, as well as compensation and rewards, there are significant to critical gaps. Factors causing these discrepancies include a lack of continuous training, a weak digital evaluation system, and limited resources
