The construction of a Greenhouse is essential for increasing the productivity of local material sources and food security in Balongsari Village, Magersari District, Mojokerto. The purpose of this community service is to help village authorities plan and oversee the construction of a greenhouse in order to guarantee that it satisfies quality, cost, and schedule requirements, resulting in a structure that is both safe and comfortable. This community service project uses a variety of techniques, such as surveying the current land conditions, designing the construction, calculating the unit pricing analysis of the job in accordance with the 2025 Mojokerto City HSPK, calculating the RAB, and analyzing the time and cost. Planning documentation, greenhouse building implementation, and help with construction supervision are the outcomes of this support. The construction project is 100% complete as of February 2026. Planning documents are the outcome of this effort.
